Can you describe your role with ITG Brands?
As a sales representative, you never know what any given day is going to bring. Each day is an exciting new adventure. Interacting with store owners/managers from different backgrounds and creating solutions to help make their business more profitable, is the highlight of my day. I work diligently to place ITG advertising throughout our consumer’s path to purchase at retail.
Putting the consumer first is something we all do. How do you do this in your role?
I work with retail outlets to make sure they have the newest products that our consumer’s are looking for. While in store, I make sure to answer any questions customer’s might have about our products. I am an advocate for our brands and also try to empower store personnel to be ITG Brands product advocates.
In your role, do you work collaboratively with other functions – locally or globally?
Being in Greensboro, I work collaboratively with many different functions both locally and globally. Locally, working with marketing on new product launches and pos implementation. Globally, having market visits/meaningful discussions with people from all different functions within Imperial Brands.
Can you describe the culture at ITG Brands and your feelings of inclusivity?
The culture at ITG Brands has changed so much in the last four plus years. Everyone is courteous and open to new ideas no matter what your function is. The clarity of the company’s direction has never been better. Love the quarterly meetings! Inclusivity at ITG is outstanding. Coming to work and having the confidence to be myself while doing my job successfully is very fulfilling.
